A full end-to-end booking platform I designed, built, and ship for a friend's barbershop. It's live in production and runs the day-to-day of a real business, from customer appointments to the owner's analytics.
Highlights
- Three roles in one app, customer, barber, and owner/admin, each with its own flows: appointment booking with live time-slots, working hours, vacations and breaks, services, gallery, an in-app store, and announcements.
- Owner dashboard with appointment management and analytics charts; OTP phone login, push notifications, ratings and comments, and a contacts-based invite flow.
- Fully localized in Hebrew and Arabic with right-to-left support, themed light/dark, backed by Firebase.
- Shipped to the App Store and Google Play via EAS, with over-the-air updates, and in production with 500+ of the shop's clients.
